Day one of two of all things Iron Maiden...

Had a leisurely morning with Daniel. We left William by the pool and headed down to the ghost town that is the Beverly Center. Came back and met up with William for a nice lunch at Mel's Diner. Once we finished it was time to catch a ride to the show in Irvine.

Took just under 2 hours and when we got there we met up with Rod Smallwood Maiden's manager and the man in charge of All Things Iron Maiden! After showing us around he left us to it. John McMurtrie (Maiden's official photographer) was out shooting which was great as he was nice enough to hint where to shoot from for certain songs. Did the whole show from upfront and around the crowd but William, Daniel, and I left halfway through the finale so we could beat the band's motorcade out of the venue! And without the traffic it was only 45 mins back to the hotel!
