Up stupid early to sort out the crowd pics from yesterday and get them sent back to England. Always fun when the ftp decides to have problems on a deadline!! Met up with Tom for breakfast at his glorious hotel, after we went for a quick wander down to a book store. Tom then left for the airport so I headed down to the Grove (which is a very wanky LA shopping area!)

Was there as they had a theatre that was playing Iron Man. A typical action super hero film that wasn't too bad at all when you park your brain at the door. Got a hilarious text from Tom after the movie that just read: This airport is no Slash! (It's funny because I've always thought LAX is a ghost town with nothing to do as soon as you go through security.) Walked over to the Beverly Center which was boring so walked back to the hotel and by the time I got there it was almost time to meet up with Robin for dinner.

We headed over to a Thai restaurant off the beaten track which was great. Gabriel came too and I don't think I had seen him in almost 7 years. Retired back to the hotel fairly early and passed right out. Here's a pic of Tom's game face from yesterday. (He's no Slash!)
