A very hot day today and the original plan was to sort out all the pics for the mag this week and then go out for a run. It was all cut short when Duff mentioned there was a ticket for me at Islington Academy this evening for the Def Leppard secret show!! Had never seen them before so was quite excited. Went for a few drinks at the Ben Croutch's and then a quick Wagamama's with Paul and the Fish.

Was really looking forward to it until they came on and the sound was terrible. Could hear most of the crowd talking over the music. The sound guy did manage to get it right for the encore but by this point I thought it was a bit too late!! But hey at least they played the hits!! The Fish did get a little bored, perhaps more poured sugar would have done the trick?

And congrats to Nick and Cosi who had their nameless baby girl this morning. Was surprised to see a frazzled looking Nick shooting the show!!
