A load of early organizing so we could head up to Scarlet's in order to catch a lift to Donington. Arrived at Scarlet's a little late after the delays of a cow being on the road, and hellish traffic. Had an amazing sandwich handmade by Scarlet and then the Fish, Dan, Scar, and I hopped in the minivan for the drive to Donington.

Daniel and did take a while to figure out how to the lower the seats so we could ride stretched out in style. Upon arriving at the usual Thistle Hotel we had a few drinks and then caught the transport to the annual before Download curry. Was not too bad and then finished off in the bar for a few drinks and even Paul Harries turned up for a few!! Three days of the Download festival ahead, no sleep, loads of beer, and hopefully some good loud bands!
