Second day of the early rise late night combo which is already starting to take it's toll... Went down to the site early with Jon Moore this morning as I had a few shots that needed to be in before noon from last night.

Started shooting a bit later today but it was full on with Madina Lake, Alter Bridge, and Biffy Clyro all on the main stage. Was nice to see everyone again. The Madina Lake boys were quite nervous which was crazy to see. The crowd was chanting for Alter Bridge during most of their set but it didn't faze them! (That happened to Hinder last year going on before Megadeth) Alter Bridge did go over very well and it was good to hear them do Blackbird. Biffy Clyro followed and floored everyone. Really good set!!

On the way back to the cabin noticed that the security was really on it! He didn't even wake up as I walked by! Thought the pic might work for the Fail blog...

After uploading quite a few pics went over to the press area and hung out with the lovely Peter Grant who was in charge of second stage. Had a quick chat with Dexter who said he had enjoyed flying over to Europe and all the little stops he did on the way. Did Ash and HIM on the highest stage ever but had a great time chatting to Peter while we waited for the bands to play. Went back to the cabin and worked on images until it closed. Caught a ride back with Jon and as he retired to bed I made for the hotel bar and had a few drinks with the crew...
