Arrived around noon at Heathrow to pickup/help out Gene Kirkland. I can say now exactly what he is doing here so not to blow his cover, umm picking up his archive that idols has had and not scanned hardly anything in the last how many years! Yeah back to the syndication problem I have, more proof it's shit for the little money you end up making. As long as there are these silly web/subscription deals you can count me out unless the rates get to where they should be.Made a quick visit to K! Towers where more of the lost Kirkland archive was picked then he headed back to the nest.
Arrived in Brixton around 7pm to meet up with Neil at the Beehive "very cheap drinks" Pub before AIC at the academy. Bumped into 3/4's of Slaves To Gravity in the pub and once Scarlet and Kevin arrived we made for the venue. Again a fantastic show that Neil and I grinned our way through and it was a completely different set from Birmingham last month including 5 songs from Facelift! Left during Rooster but managed to get the trains to line up which made the journey home much easier...

Man in the box was what killed me when they did the Astoria show.
The minute he hit the notes in the chorus I was sold.
Grim on the stock front, musicpictures recently floated all the prices. One week it was €90 for small size license for any useage, the next week it was €9 !!
I would love to get a new stock agency, but I already got one that has never sold anything despite getting 200+ hits a day on their search.
Have a good holiday season, see you in the new year I hope.

Yeah other bands take note, they are a band that are very tight.
It's honestly been nothing but a waste of time on the stock front. Love it when the US one edits out all the good shots that are actually selling well in the UK!
You too, drop me a line and we'll do a Brighton drink.
